Procedure gone wild - U.S. Airways pilots' case

One of the longest running employment disputes in Arizona involves the pilots of U.S. Airways. A divided panel of the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals (which covers Arizona) recently delivered the latest dramatic twist in this controversy in which the employer is officially neutral. The opposing parties are two factions of a single labor union.
