State agency moving full speed ahead on $10 wage, paid sick time

Proposition 206, otherwise known as the Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act, adopted by Arizona voters in November 2016, has landed squarely in the jurisdiction of the Industrial Commission of Arizona (ICA), even as litigation over its validity continues.
